Financially evaluating capital expenditures / projects using net present values (NPVs), payback, return on investment (ROI) and the internal rate of return (IRR). Identifying how to change operational plans to improve financial performance.
Creating an effective budget or forecast: the planning cycle, effective budgeting techniques and identifying the relevant costs to incorporate.
