Flying high with Rolls Royce!

We have been working closely with Rolls Royce over the past few months to facilitate Financial Management workshops with their customers who are attending their Senior Executive Development Programme.


Our challenge:

We were asked to create a challenging and highly interactive workshop for approximately 30 participants at a time. Rolls Royce told us that the majority of the participants would speak no English and therefore the sessions would be sequentially translated. A challenge indeed, but one which we have been very excited to tackle!


The feedback:

Our first two sessions with Air China and the Chinese Civil Aviation Authority have been incredibly well received. The business simulation exercise was extremely lively on both occasions. Participants are commenting that this is a great way to cover the fundamentals of finance. Focussing the session’s content on their own businesses really helps us to drive the practical application of the learning.

Stakeholders from Rolls Royce tell us that it was great to see the participants so actively involved in their learning and that they were delighted by the energetic buzz in the training room.

The future:

As a result of the superb feedback received so far, we’re looking forward to further sessions later in the year.  We’ll be facilitating similar workshops for China Eastern and Hainan Airlines and a further session with Air China. We feel very privileged to be the financial training provider of choice for Rolls Royce!
