This Fortune 1000 business is known throughout the world’s food industry as a producer of herbs, spices and flavourings. Brands include household names such as Schwartz, Hammonds and Bick’s.
We were asked to develop a learning program which would encapsulate all of the learning requirements for the participants to become confident to implement financial techniques that would benefit them in everyday work activities.
We kick-started the learning process with a classroom-based workshop, and then followed this up with some post-course mentoring. This allowed the key learning points to be bolstered and helped the participants to feel confident with implementing financial techniques into practical situations.
Now that the participants have gone through the training provided, they are able to carry their learning across into everyday situations and apply the financial techniques learnt to positively impact the business. We also provide the participants with post-course support to help with the continuous development of their skills.
I have far more insight into the effect that decisions I make will have on the company. The post-course mentoring was very useful.
