PricewaterhouseCoopers have two graduate intakes each year for their consultancy division and we jointly deliver the Business Appreciation module for each group. CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) were asked to provide top quality trainers for this back in March 2011 and we were honoured to have been chosen.
In their last graduate intake, we were voted as being the top trainers on the whole of the graduate course out of all of their sessions, scoring 4.76 against their usual target score of 3.8. Given that the graduates have several weeks on their course, there are a huge number of excellent trainers that we were up against!
We work with large groups of around 25 graduates at a time, facilitating games, using tons of fun and relevant props. All of the sessions are incredibly energetic and interactive and cover the strategic and financial aspects of a business that will be vital to the graduates’ success as consultants.
Some comments from the graduates:
“Both external speakers were excellent, used games/ examples/ discussions well to bring what could be a dull subject to life + the resource provided will be very helpful in the future”
“I thought this was excellent. Both Steve and Helen delivered the activities well. All activities were engaging and interesting.”
“The accounting introduction was fantastic !”
We are looking forward to another couple of intensive and energetic training days with PricewaterhouseCoopers in March on behalf of CIMA.
