PwC

PwC are among the leading professional services networks in the world. They help organisations and individuals create the value they are looking for by delivering quality in assurance, tax and advisory services.

With offices in 151 countries and more than 350,000 people, they help organisations and individuals create the value they are looking for by delivering quality in assurance, tax and advisory services.

The Challenge

The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) asked us to partner with them to design and facilitate a one-day business appreciation workshop for PwC consulting graduates.

The course was put together to help the PwC graduate employees understand the impact they have on workplace finance as well as getting up to speed on helping their clients with their business requirements.

The Solution

Our fully interactive day incorporates a wealth of content, fast-tracking the graduates from little or no knowledge of finance at the beginning, to confidently analysing published accounts by the end. Our action-based approach, showered with real company examples throughout, not only makes a huge difference to the speed of learning but also enables a strong application of the learning post-event, often noted by PwC partners.

The Result

Since 2011, we have worked with thousands of PwC graduates, consistently being scored in the top two external trainers – no mean feat when put in the context of around 30 trainers across each of their induction programmes.

As a long term client of ours, we continue to work alongside PwC and their graduates with the continued development of training techniques and a learning programme to benefit the company and the businesses they work with.

Engaging, thorough, accessible and memorable. Useful content pitched perfectly, creatively and interactively presented.
